Legal Provision:
Article 41, §1º from LGPD: “The identity and the contact information from the Data Protection Officer shall be made publicly available, in clear and objective manner, preferably at the controller’s website.

Duties
Artcile 41, §2º from LGPD:

a) Accept complaints and communication from holders, provide clarifications and adopt measures;
b) Receive communications from national authorities and adopt measures;
c) Guide employees and others hired regarding the actions to be taken concerning the personal data protection; and
d) Execute other duties determined by the controller or stablished in complementary norms.
